Very practical, simple and effective. Would recommend it to everyone. You can use the simple four step process every where.
A simple and powerful secret that will blow you away by Sri Vishwanath
The book starts out by letting us all know that Sri Vish had a telephone call to his mastermind group. He asked everyone to observe one emotional problem they are having.
To help us all understand he said, pick one area of your life which is emotionally draining your energy every day. (Just one). Now he asks us to write out "my biggest emotional problem is" but do it short and specific.
In Step two he asked us all to list three specific activities which make you feel frustrated, sad, or angry about the problem above in the first step.
In step three we are to express the deep feelings when you encounter these three events listed above.
What happens to your thoughts, your energy? Then write down how you feel.
Your three worst fears? It will guide you in a workbook format to lead you to the only
two choices you have to do
1. Confront the problem with a solution
2. Accept the problem and rise above it
Lower energy cannot solve problems it only aggravates the problem.
Higher energy rids the problem.
On all accounts Sri Vish is right. If we detach from our emotions then the problem will disappear. I really think if you want to stay positive and rid your problems one by one then this is an exercise to take you to solving them once and for all. Thanks Vish for writing such an eye opening book.

Not at all what I was expecting but for free what could I expect. It was ok and maybe if I read more of this author's books it would make more sense.
move on to some thing else this guy doesn't have all the answers like his title promises hence maybe a poorly chosen title. Some are just too out there for me.
Relationships are certainly one of the big problems in life. Although this book does not focus solely on relationships, it gives a good glimpse about the totality of dealing with problems in general. It is a short read and for the modest price, it's a lunch-break reading bargain.
Good beginners personal development workbook mixed with deep understandings and "ah hah," or "Hmm interesting," moments to intertwined to apply structurally in your life. I have not doubt that the writer is knowledgeable but in another area more than relationship problems. Bad title because this describes a text that includes a singe method or one topic referenced as the secret. No secret and honestly, I forgot most of this book and had to skim to write this. I only read it a week ago. This title shows a book that should be remembered if for anything at least the secret. Some of the reviews are genuine and the rest are from the authors friends, family or colleagues and I am not suggesting he put them up to it! You can just tell it's from that area of connection. I hope this author writes another book in a different category within personal development on a spiritual consensus, because the writer is smart and a good writer. Just not the right book.
